Menus
FULL BOARD SET, menu will be alternated daily
Breakfast (7.00am ~ 10.00am)
Set A : ABF (Grilled sausage, ham and bacon topped with green salads and your choices of egg)
Set B : Bento box with porridge (Sides are seasonally)
Set C : Rice soup with pork/shrimp or fish
*Our home made toast, cereal, juices and coffee are available for every set
Lunch (11.00am ~ 1.00pm)
Set A : Som Tum served with grill meat of choices and coconut rice
Set B : Pasta (Olio / Tomato Sauce / Cream carbonara) served with Green curry and roti
Set C : Stir fried rice noodle (with your choice of meat and Chinese kale) served with Green curry and roti
Dinner (5.00pm ~ 9.00pm)
Set A : Local Thai set (Combination of Chicken basil sauce, Stir fried Sweet pea with shrimp paste, Deep fried pork jerky and Tom yum soup served with steamed jasmine rice)
Set B : Western set (Choices of Grilled pork chop, Bone-in roast chicken thigh or Pan grilled sea bass) served with mushroom cream soup and green salads.
Although our package is mostly full board, we also serve a la carte’ menus for those who are seeking for choices!
